Background: Prior to joining Watson Realty Corp in 2012, I enjoyed 35+ years at a local Fortune 500 Company in the information Technology and Project Management fields. As your Realtor, I will use my listening, analytical and organizational skills to better understand your needs and help you fulfill your Real Estate needs.

Education & Training:  I have held the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license since 1991.  In 2002, I received a Master Certification in Project Management from George Washington University and in 2005, I received a Master's in Business Administration from Jacksonville University.   In 2011 I became Florida Master Gardener through the University of Florida/ IFAS (Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences) Master Gardener program.  In 2014, I received the Military Relocation Program (MRP) certification and in 2017, the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designation and training needed to help with properties in probate.

Interests:  My husband and I enjoy the Jacksonville Jaguars and have been season ticket holders, supporting the Jaguars since the inaugural '95 season. My husband and I also love to travel and look forward to visiting new cities and taking in the sites.  I also enjoy gardening and photography.

Personal:  I was born in New York but I've grown up in Jacksonville, residing in the Springfield, Southside, Fruit Cove and Mandarin areas. I am married to Richard, and we currently live in Mandarin.
